About Me
Being active has always helped me succeed in life through sports and other activities during high school and college.  It is a very important aspect on my outlook of life.

My Interest
Thus, I decided to start functional movement training in 2010 to become healthier and improve the quality of my life.  Through and through I progressed myself to kettlebell strength training in 2011 and since have developed a passion for maintaining a healthy life style, staying fit, and helping others do the same
Goals In Life
I achieved my certification for group training through AFPA (American Fitness Professionals and Associate's) May 2013.  I am extremely excited to share my passion and drive for health and fitness and any challenges that it may present to help you accelerate your life.
